Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for DirectorOS, operated by Ian Fordyce Smith trading as DirectorOS (Guernsey). Our payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with DirectorOS, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date and we will refund the amount you paid for that subscription period.

Renewals and ongoing subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. For accidental renewals (for example, you forgot to cancel), please contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will consider a refund of the unused portion on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, sign in with the email address you used to purchase, and submit a refund request for your DirectorOS order.
  • Contact us via our contact page and we will help process the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including, where relevant, UK and EU consumer protection legislation).
