These Terms of Service govern your use of DirectorOS. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

DirectorOS provides a private workspace for individual company directors to manage their directorships, calendars, documents and related records.

2. Subscription

Access is provided on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the service to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. Liability

DirectorOS is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
