Where an answer draws on a specific instrument, it names it. Where a citation cannot be verified against the source, the platform tells you, rather than presenting it with false confidence. The processing is stateless: board pack text is not retained once the review is complete, and documents you choose to keep stay in your own vault, under your control. No content is used to train any model. The director can see which instruments the answer draws on, and which references could not be verified.

The Director's Assistant answers governance questions from the same verified frameworks. It does not speculate beyond what it can verify. Where the answer is not in the framework it says so.

Both tools operate within defined guardrails. No legal advice. Citations are checked against the source on every gated answer, in real time, before it reaches you. Where the answer is not known, or cannot be verified, the platform says so rather than inventing one.
